What information will Sure Check need to collect my accounts?
At a minimum, we will need name of debtor (first, middle, last), address (city, state, zip), balance owed, date of last service or charge, payment history billing statement, contract, agreements or promissory note. This additional information will greatly help: social security number, telephone number (cell also), spouse name & information, date of birth, driver’s license; place of employment.
